The sink being located in the bedroom is baffling—definitely prefer it in the bathroom!!! Also, better lighting would enhance the overall ambiance of the rooms. Wasted plastic waste for breakfast is indeed a concern!!!

The room was really large and very comfortable. It was very convenient for travelling into Vancouver on the Skytrain.

It wasn’t cheap but still acceptable.

Staying in Burnaby was a delight! The hotel was perfect for our family, including our dog. We enjoyed exploring the nearby Metropolis at Metrotown and the kids had so much fun making waffles at breakfast. The spacious room was a real plus!

I really enjoyed my stay here because the nearby Deer Lake Park offered beautiful walking trails and stunning views. The quick stroll to Metropolis at Metrotown made shopping super convenient. the staff was friendly and they even brought a microwave to my room within minutes when I requested it!

The large, comfortable room included a kitchenette, making it perfect for a couple. Appreciated the generous breakfast options, particularly the two different meats and warm dishes available. The front desk staff were always helpful, even assisting with a points membership. A bit further from downtown than anticipated, but the nearby SkyTrain station provided easy access to sights. Although the pool was closed during our stay, the overall experience was enjoyable.
